Kofe Flow is provided as a macOS focus timer. You are responsible for how you use the app and for following any laws that apply to you.

These terms cover the use of Kofe Flow. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and as intended.
Local data
Kofe Flow stores settings, lightweight focus history, optional app and website activity summaries, and generated share card data locally on your Mac. The app does not provide account recovery, cloud backup, or sync.
Privacy
Kofe Flow's privacy policy explains the app's local data storage and limited anonymous product analytics. By using the app, you acknowledge that these practices are described in the current privacy policy.
Purchases
Kofe Flow Pro is offered as an optional one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and may be subject to Apple's App Store terms. Kofe Flow does not offer subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
No warranty
Kofe Flow is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the app or website changes. The current version will be published on this page.
